We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Tucson, Arizona. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to provide exceptional service while working closely with customers and internal departments. Job Responsibility:

  • Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive first impression during their visit
  • Provide valet services and coordinate effectively with the administrative and service departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries and providing accurate information
  • Schedule appointments efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
  • Enter orders and data into company systems promptly, ensuring records are up to date
  • Respond to customer emails with professionalism, offering timely and helpful solutions
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and organize customer-related data
  • Deliver excellent customer service in a call center environment, meeting established performance metrics
  • Maintain clear and concise communication with both customers and team members to resolve concerns effectively

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role
  • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a customer-first approach
  • Strong skills in data entry and order management, with high attention to detail
  • Experience with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for data organization and reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including email correspondence
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different departments to ensure seamless customer service
  • A positive attitude and problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment
