We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fairfax, Virginia in a Contract to Permanent position. The Customer Service Representativ is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment and can confidently handle a large volume of inbound calls while supporting payment-related activities. The position also includes administrative support duties that help keep daily operations organized and efficient.
Job Responsibility:
Manage a steady flow of incoming calls and provide courteous assistance to customers
Record and update payment information accurately while supporting routine payment posting activities
Enter customer and transaction data into internal systems with a high level of accuracy
Respond to email inquiries and follow up as needed to ensure timely resolution of customer questions
Assist with outbound communication when additional information or clarification is required
Support daily office operations by handling scanning, mailing, and other administrative tasks for multiple departments
Maintain organized records and documentation to support efficient processing and service delivery
Requirements:
At least 2 years of customer service experience in a call center, support, or similar high-volume environment
Strong data entry skills with the ability to work quickly and accurately
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing error-free work
Experience handling inbound calls and communicating professionally with customers by phone and email
Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once while staying organized and responsive
Basic administrative experience, including document handling, scanning, or mailing tasks
