Customer Service Representative

• Handle 30-60 inbound customer calls daily, providing prompt and attentive assistance
• Guide customers through navigation challenges on the company's updated website
• Assist users with login credentials and account access issues
• Address inquiries related to system updates and migration processes
• Utilize Office Suite to document and manage customer interactions efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer communication using a CRM system
• Offer excellent service while managing customer expectations and resolving complaints
• Suggest improvements based on customer feedback to enhance service delivery

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail
• Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining quality service
• Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively
• Flexibility to adapt to new systems and processes

Experience with Zendesk preferred but not required
