Job Description:

Customer Service Representative role at CVS Health handling prescription insurance questions, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions while ensuring high customer satisfaction

Job Responsibility:

Answer and document all incoming contacts to determine their nature
Respond to complex calls related to specialized services
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Identify and evaluate appropriate data to determine and implement appropriate course of action
Handle questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
Communicate effectively with diverse work units and relevant organizational departments
Organize training sessions to educate internal staff on premium customer service processes
Document all customer correspondence and maintain confidential records of patient information

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in a health care call center setting
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Must reside in Arizona
High school diploma or GED
