We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This is a contract-to-permanent position where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and resolving customer concerns effectively. Job Responsibility:

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring their concerns are resolved effectively
Deliver detailed information about products and services while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor
Handle sensitive information, including billing and credit card details, with the utmost confidentiality
Manage high volumes of customer interactions and meet established service level expectations
Resolve challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism
Organize tasks efficiently and multitask to maintain productivity in a dynamic environment
Communicate clearly and accurately, demonstrating strong grammar and spelling skills in all interactions
Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment
Adapt to changes in schedules and workflows as needed to meet customer and business demands

Requirements:

Proficiency with basic technical functions, such as navigating file systems and using multiple browser tabs
Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy
Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Previous experience in a customer service role, demonstrating the ability to handle high-pressure situations
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information
