We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for a contract-to-permanent opportunity within the manufacturing sector. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment alongside collaborative colleagues focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Job Responsibility:
Accurately provide price and delivery quotations, enter customer orders, and manage schedule adjustments
Monitor assigned customer accounts, including demand forecasting, order expediting, and ongoing account detail maintenance
Work in partnership with sales, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to address delivery performance concerns and ensure seamless fulfillment
Maintain a high level of product and account knowledge through regular training and hands-on management
Communicate commercial terms and product details confidently with customers and sales teams
Proactively manage orders, maintaining consistent communication to exceed customer expectations
Apply business guidelines to effectively resolve customer situations and inquiries
Use intermediate system and Excel skills to analyze account data, identify trends, and contribute to performance improvements
Collaborate efficiently within a team-oriented environment to support operational objectives
Requirements:
Fluent in English, with strong oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to solve complex problems efficiently
Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
Skill in making informed decisions in all aspects of account management
Ability to collaborate effectively with supply chain and other departments
Proficient in analyzing data and using systems to support decision-making
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Minimum of 3 years of customer service or account management experience within a relevant industry
