Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for a contract-to-permanent opportunity within the manufacturing sector. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment alongside collaborative colleagues focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Accurately provide price and delivery quotations, enter customer orders, and manage schedule adjustments
  • Monitor assigned customer accounts, including demand forecasting, order expediting, and ongoing account detail maintenance
  • Work in partnership with sales, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to address delivery performance concerns and ensure seamless fulfillment
  • Maintain a high level of product and account knowledge through regular training and hands-on management
  • Communicate commercial terms and product details confidently with customers and sales teams
  • Proactively manage orders, maintaining consistent communication to exceed customer expectations
  • Apply business guidelines to effectively resolve customer situations and inquiries
  • Use intermediate system and Excel skills to analyze account data, identify trends, and contribute to performance improvements
  • Collaborate efficiently within a team-oriented environment to support operational objectives

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, with strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems efficiently
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Skill in making informed decisions in all aspects of account management
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with supply chain and other departments
  • Proficient in analyzing data and using systems to support decision-making
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service or account management experience within a relevant industry
