Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a positive experience
Handle order entry and process requests accurately and efficiently
Manage both inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs and concerns
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving product or service issues
Provide product or service information to customers and ensure their satisfaction
Schedule and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery
Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a meticulous approach
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and best practices
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or a related role
Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls
Strong skills in order entry and data management
