Inbound phone-based customer service/admin. Support internal & external customers with general enquiries + business ops. Rowville Mon-Fri. Responding to enquiries from our own team members, and some from the public. Versatility and flexibility are required, as you move from phone-based support, to completing some operational administrative tasks too. Incoming enquiries can relate to all aspects of retail, trade, systems, promotions, and more. This is a fun, fast paced role, where you get to build rock solid relationships with stakeholders, as well as getting involved in a variety of process administration and continuous improvement initiatives.
