We have an immediate need for a customer service representative for a contract engagement running 3-4 months with a possible extension. This position is 100% on site. In this role you will provide prompt and accurate sales and technical support to dealers, sales representatives, and consumers, maintaining positive relationships and supporting company brands.
Job Responsibility:
Manage orders, inventory allocation, and EDI website functions for assigned territories
Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and resolving product-related issues
Maintain backorders, review dealer reports, and maximize sales through effective inventory management
Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment, shipping, and payment processing
Coordinate special shipping arrangements and issue return authorizations as needed
Handle warranty eligibility, credits, and customer correspondence for defective or mis-shipped merchandise
Stay current on product updates and specification changes
Support sales events, maintain dealer discount structures, and archive product information
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Associate degree preferred
Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Word/Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
