Job Responsibility:
Welcome visitors and walk-in customers with a friendly and attentive attitude
conduct on-site tours to showcase services or products to prospective clients
accurately process online orders and ensure timely completion
assist customers with purchases, inquiries, and general support needs
keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and order details
provide administrative assistance and manage front desk operations
maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is presentable at all times
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
an associate degree is a plus
previous experience in customer service or sales support roles is preferred
strong communication skills, both written and verbal
excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
friendly and detail-oriented approach with a commitment to customer satisfaction
