We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative for a long-term contract in Beverly Hills. This long-term contract position requires an individual with strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers. The role will be performed onsite, offering an opportunity to interact directly with clients and team members.
Job Responsibility:
Address inquiries and concerns from customers, conduct research when necessary, and provide accurate information or assistance
Process service requests efficiently and keep customers informed about the status of their inquiries
Resolve complaints by identifying and implementing effective solutions and escalate issues when appropriate
Educate customers about programs, services, and fees while guiding them through relevant forms, applications, and permits
Maintain a high standard of professionalism when handling high-volume calls and customer interactions
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery
Adhere to established policies and procedures while delivering consistent support
Requirements:
Minimum of three years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or a high-volume call center
Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent education
Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
Strong skills in order entry and managing customer accounts
Ability to use judgment to determine when issues need to be escalated
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with navigating software applications for account management and service tracking
