We are seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to support daily customer interactions and ensure a positive service experience. This role will handle inbound and outbound communications, resolve customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
Job Responsibility
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve issues related to orders, billing, account updates, and general service questions
Document all interactions accurately within the company’s CRM system
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving
Escalate complex issues as needed to appropriate departments
Meet performance metrics including response time, call quality, and resolution goals
Support additional administrative or customer support tasks as needed
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience required
Previous high-volume call center experience strongly preferred
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of inquiries efficiently
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
