Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly to inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism
Process and manage order entries accurately to ensure timely fulfillment
Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor during all interactions
Handle both inbound and outbound calls as needed, ensuring customer needs are met
Track and document customer interactions and updates in the system for record-keeping purposes
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings to provide accurate support
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and procedures in all customer interactions
Requirements:
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is required
Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls effectively
Strong skills in order entry and data management
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
Capability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism
