Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email
Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely entry into the system
Provide administrative assistance, including maintaining organized records and documentation
Verify and approve invoices while resolving any discrepancies
Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client concerns and providing solutions
Collaborate with other team members to support daily operations and meet company goals
Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and update reports as needed
Ensure all billing and invoicing tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks to ensure accuracy and quality
Support call center operations by handling a high volume of calls with professionalism
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other administrative tools
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively and professionally
Familiarity with order entry and invoicing processes is preferred
