We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced team in Louisiana. Job Responsibility:
Respond to a large number of incoming customer calls each day, delivering timely and courteous support in a high-volume environment
Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints with patience and professionalism, including situations involving frustrated or upset callers
Enter, organize, and upload documents into company files while ensuring information is complete and accurately maintained
Balance phone support and administrative tasks efficiently, shifting between priorities without losing focus or quality
Work closely with teammates to provide consistent service and contribute to a cooperative, team-oriented workplace
Use multi-line phone systems and standard office software to manage communications and complete daily tasks effectively
Requirements:
At least 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced or high-call-volume setting
Proven ability to manage more than 100 calls per day while maintaining a helpful and detail-oriented demeanor
Experience uploading and maintaining documents in electronic files with strong attention to detail
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to handle calls and administrative duties at the same time
Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, and a multi-line phone system
Demonstrated ability to remain empathetic, pleasant, and composed when interacting with challenging customers
Reliable team player with strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to customer interactions
