Our client is a respected nonprofit organization dedicated to making a positive impact in the community. They are seeking a compassionate and solutions-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their mission-driven team and serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking support and information.
Job Responsibility:
Provide professional and empathetic support to donors, beneficiaries, and community partners via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders
Maintain accurate records of interactions and process documentation with attention to confidentiality
Assist with donation processing, event registration, and information dissemination
Collaborate with program teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of organizational programs, services, and resources
Uphold the organization’s values with every interaction
Requirements:
1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-focused environment
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems preferred
