Customer Service Representative

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate, helpful information

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all interactions

• Proven experience in a customer service or call center role
• Strong ability to manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
• Proficiency in data entry with a keen attention to detail
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word in a setting that requires attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including email correspondence
• Ability to prioritize tasks, schedule appointments, and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset

Knowledge of order entry processes and systems is a plus
