Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pasadena, California. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting customers through exceptional service. The role involves data entry, order management, and ensuring smooth communication with customers and internal teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Accurately input and update customer information in the company database
  • Process and manage customer orders to ensure timely and precise fulfillment
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain satisfaction
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and other departments to address customer needs
  • Verify and confirm orders, making adjustments as needed for accuracy
  • Assist with managing style, color, and size setups, as well as swatch uploads
  • Coordinate with sales reps on style changes, order discrepancies, and customer-specific requests
  • Process order confirmations, re-orders, replacements, and special orders
  • Generate credit memos and provide proof of delivery or invoice copies as needed
  • Support front desk reception and assist with general administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or data entry roles
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with customer service software or related systems is an advantage
