Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pasadena, California. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting customers through exceptional service. The role involves data entry, order management, and ensuring smooth communication with customers and internal teams.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately input and update customer information in the company database
Process and manage customer orders to ensure timely and precise fulfillment
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain satisfaction
Collaborate with sales representatives and other departments to address customer needs
Verify and confirm orders, making adjustments as needed for accuracy
Assist with managing style, color, and size setups, as well as swatch uploads
Coordinate with sales reps on style changes, order discrepancies, and customer-specific requests
Process order confirmations, re-orders, replacements, and special orders
Generate credit memos and provide proof of delivery or invoice copies as needed
Support front desk reception and assist with general administrative tasks

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or data entry roles
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with customer service software or related systems is an advantage
