Customer Service Representative

• Open and manage trouble tickets to address specific customer issues efficiently
• Provide clear and concise explanations of product options, pricing, and related charges
• Navigate through customer service systems and tools to deliver timely and accurate assistance
• Follow established procedures to resolve routine problems and seek guidance when necessary
• Meet or exceed quality standards and call center performance metrics
• Encourage customers to utilize self-service tools, including online platforms and applications
• Inform customers about promotions and introduce new or upgraded products effectively
• Offer rate quotes and promote prepayment options to customers
• Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support customer service operations

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering positive experiences
• Proficiency in data entry and research to manage customer information effectively
• Ability to compose clear and precise email correspondence to address customer needs
• Experience in providing accurate customer quotes and product details
• Familiarity with call center operations and tools
• Spanish language skills are preferred to assist a diverse customer base
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
