We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary liaison between customers and production teams, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service
Create accurate work orders and provide all necessary information to facilitate seamless production processes
Monitor job progress throughout production stages, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Generate and send postage requests to clients as needed
Participate in daily production meetings to share updates, plan departmental activities, and discuss client-specific needs
Expedite billing processes by ensuring pre-billing documentation is complete and accurate
Build strong relationships with clients through consultative selling, identifying their needs, and presenting tailored solutions
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and job specifications to ensure transparency and accountability
Collaborate with internal departments to meet scheduling demands and uphold quality standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
At least one year of experience in customer service or a related field
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze information and develop effective solutions
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a schedule-driven environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on active listening
