Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kennewick (WA), supporting our growing Americas market. This role is uniquely positioned — directly reporting to the Regional Sales Organization of our Business Unit Specialized while being closely integrated into our on-site production unit of Kennewick – Alleima Special Metall LLC. You’ll play a key role in bridging customers, operations, and sales to ensure outstanding service and smooth order execution.

Job Responsibility:

  • Promote a safe work environment and foster open, respectful communication and teamwork
  • Act as the main contact for assigned customers, addressing order status, delivery timelines, and product availability
  • Handle order entry, confirmations, documentation, and coordination to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Assist Sales Representatives and Key Account Managers with administrative tasks to support account execution
  • Resolve customer complaints, claims, and return issues effectively, escalating where needed
  • Liaise with production, logistics, and sales to align customer needs with operational capabilities
  • Manage export documents, invoices, shipping confirmations, and certificates
  • Ensure pricing and terms align with contractual agreements
  • Maintain and update customer records, contracts, and account information in ERP/CRM systems

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in customer service or order management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial sales environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent vocational education
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Good command of the English language
  • Strong proficiency in IT systems, particularly Office 365
  • Experience working with CRM and ERP systems
