We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kennewick (WA), supporting our growing Americas market. This role is uniquely positioned — directly reporting to the Regional Sales Organization of our Business Unit Specialized while being closely integrated into our on-site production unit of Kennewick – Alleima Special Metall LLC. You’ll play a key role in bridging customers, operations, and sales to ensure outstanding service and smooth order execution.
Job Responsibility:
Promote a safe work environment and foster open, respectful communication and teamwork
Act as the main contact for assigned customers, addressing order status, delivery timelines, and product availability
Handle order entry, confirmations, documentation, and coordination to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Assist Sales Representatives and Key Account Managers with administrative tasks to support account execution
Resolve customer complaints, claims, and return issues effectively, escalating where needed
Liaise with production, logistics, and sales to align customer needs with operational capabilities
Manage export documents, invoices, shipping confirmations, and certificates
Ensure pricing and terms align with contractual agreements
Maintain and update customer records, contracts, and account information in ERP/CRM systems
Requirements:
At least two years of experience in customer service or order management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial sales environment
High school diploma or equivalent vocational education
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Good command of the English language
Strong proficiency in IT systems, particularly Office 365
Experience working with CRM and ERP systems
