Brightstar is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Instant Ticket Specialist (ITS) to support inventory management at retail locations while ensuring security and enabling sales growth. In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with Sales Representatives and retailers to manage scratch inventory, optimize order efficiency, and support top revenue-generating initiatives—all while delivering exceptional customer service. Job Responsibility:
Execute daily ITS responsibilities with consistency and organization
Maintain department benchmarks for inbound calls, shortage resolution, and call monitoring scores
Ensure inventory compliance at retail locations, aligned with assigned call cycles
Collaborate with Sales Representatives to maintain optimal inventory levels at retail
Balance core responsibilities with additional projects and tasks as assigned
Manage inbound calls with accuracy, documenting notes and processing retailer orders efficiently
Requirements:
