We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Beaverton, Oregon. Job Responsibility:
Reach out to customers to gather necessary details for order processing
Accurately input order data into the system to ensure seamless operations
Share production updates and availability information with brokers and sales teams
Serve as a bridge between buyers or brokers and internal departments to facilitate smooth communication
Address customer feedback promptly, documenting responses for continuous improvement
Manage both inbound and outbound calls, providing timely support
Handle email correspondence professionally to resolve queries and provide updates
Perform order entry tasks with precision and attention to detail
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role
Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls
Strong skills in data entry and order processing
Experience with email correspondence to address inquiries and provide solutions
Knowledge of Microsoft Word for documentation and communication
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high levels of accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
Organized and detail-oriented approach to ensure efficient order management
