Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is based in Wilmington, North Carolina, and offers the opportunity to grow your skills in the logistics sector. Job Responsibility:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Accurately input and update data into company systems while maintaining attention to detail
  • Utilize office equipment and software tools, including Microsoft applications, to complete daily tasks effectively
  • Collaborate with team members to address client needs and resolve any issues
  • Learn and adapt to logistics processes and workflows to contribute to operational success
  • Maintain organized records and documentation related to customer interactions and transactions
  • Communicate with clients and vendors as needed to support logistics operations
  • Assist in streamlining administrative processes to enhance efficiency
  • Provide support in monitoring shipments and ensuring timely deliveries
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge in the logistics field

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or data entry roles
  • Proficiency in using basic office equipment and tools
  • Familiarity with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to logistics operations
