We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Monroe, North Carolina. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service while contributing to the success of our customer service operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer inquiries with accurate and detailed information about products and services
Manage both inbound and outbound calls to address customer concerns and provide solutions
Maintain and update customer records through efficient data entry processes
Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to support Aftermarket Sales growth
Meet established performance metrics to support departmental goals and objectives
Build strong relationships with internal departments, including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production, to advocate for customer needs
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service team and contribute to operational excellence
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing, project management, or communication-intensive role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to quickly learn new software systems
Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms
Experience with ERP systems like Epicor or equivalent
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers and team members
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and contribute to team efforts proactively
Physical capability to work at a desk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
