We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in El Paso TX. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for growth. The role involves providing high-quality customer support and assisting with lead generation for business solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Complete a mandatory one-week training program to ensure readiness for the role
Handle high volumes of outbound calls daily, utilizing scripted communication to interact with insurance and mortgage companies
Make over 300 calls per day with a focus on building rapport and generating leads
Follow established protocols and procedures to deliver exceptional customer service
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and outcomes
Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and enhance call center efficiency
Utilize company-provided scripts to ensure consistent messaging across all calls
Ensure compliance with company policies and training guidelines during all customer interactions
Requirements:
Access to a laptop or desktop computer, headset, and ethernet cable for a wired internet connection
Reliable internet connection with strong Wi-Fi capabilities
however, must use an ethernet connection for work
Ability to pass required background checks and internet connectivity tests
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow scripts effectively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
Availability to work Monday through Friday during designated hours
