Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in El Paso TX. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for growth. The role involves providing high-quality customer support and assisting with lead generation for business solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Complete a mandatory one-week training program to ensure readiness for the role
  • Handle high volumes of outbound calls daily, utilizing scripted communication to interact with insurance and mortgage companies
  • Make over 300 calls per day with a focus on building rapport and generating leads
  • Follow established protocols and procedures to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and outcomes
  • Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and enhance call center efficiency
  • Utilize company-provided scripts to ensure consistent messaging across all calls
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and training guidelines during all customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Access to a laptop or desktop computer, headset, and ethernet cable for a wired internet connection
  • Reliable internet connection with strong Wi-Fi capabilities
  • however, must use an ethernet connection for work
  • Ability to pass required background checks and internet connectivity tests
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow scripts effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday during designated hours
