Job Description:

Health Concierge - Customer Service Representative is the face of Aetna providing personalized service based on holistic view of members. Handles customer service inquiries via telephone, internet, web-chat or written correspondence, engaging and educating members about Aetna plans and resources.

Job Responsibility:

Provide targeted, personalized service based on holistic view of member
Handle customer service inquiries via telephone, internet, web-chat or written correspondence
Engage, consult and educate members on Aetna plans, tools and resources
Answer questions and resolve issues as single-point-of-contact
Provide customized interaction based on customer preference
Educate and assist customers on benefit plan information
Process claim referrals and new claim hand-offs
Initiate out-reach/welcome calls
Identify trends and emerging customer service issues
Document and track all contacts, events, and outcomes

Requirements:

Customer Service experiences in a transaction based environment such as a call center or retail location preferred
Must reside in Pacific Standard Time Zone
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience

Nice to have:

Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
