We are looking for a welcoming and adaptable Customer Service Representative to support daily front-desk and administrative operations in California. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with the public, creating a positive visitor experience, and staying organized in a fast-paced onsite setting. The person in this role will help coordinate appointments, assist guests as they arrive, and provide general office support while using tools such as Microsoft Outlook and Salesforce.
Job Responsibility
Greet visitors courteously and ensure each guest is connected with the appropriate sales representative or team member
Schedule, confirm, and update appointments while maintaining accurate calendar coordination throughout the day
Create a positive onsite experience by offering refreshments such as snacks and bottled water to guests when appropriate
Provide administrative support for day-to-day office activities and assist with special projects as needed
Contact food truck vendors to request pricing details and gather quote information for review
Monitor communications and appointment-related updates using Microsoft Outlook and other office systems
Enter and maintain customer or scheduling information accurately in Salesforce and related tools
Support a detail-focused front-office environment by handling tasks with flexibility and a strong service mindset
Requirements
At least 1 year of customer service experience in a public-facing or office support role
Strong customer-focused approach with the ability to create a friendly and detail-oriented first impression
Comfortable interacting with visitors, team members, and external vendors throughout the workday
Flexible and adaptable when priorities shift or new tasks arise
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and confidence learning and using technology-based systems
Experience with Salesforce or the ability to work effectively in a CRM platform
Ability to work onsite in a business-focused environment
