Job Responsibility:

  • Offer exceptional customer service by phone and email, quickly identifying customer needs and implementing effective solutions to ensure their satisfaction
  • Accurately record and process customer information using the appropriate systems
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
  • Actively contribute to the company’s success by ensuring customer satisfaction and proposing improvements to optimize services

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in French, both written and oral
  • Bilingual in English required to interact with English-speaking clients and partners in Canada and the United States
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a strong work ethic and impeccable punctuality
  • Proficient in data entry with accuracy and efficiency
  • Proactive and positive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of both imperial and metric measurement systems
  • Technical knowledge of residential product design and manufacturing, including an understanding of plumbing and electrical concepts, is a plus
