We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Pompano Beach, Florida. This role involves delivering exceptional support to customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and with attention to detail. The position requires strong communication abilities and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations with composure.
Job Responsibility:
Follow established procedures for dispatch and escalation, adhering to company policies and industry guidelines
Collaborate with the team to coordinate and manage service tickets effectively
Provide courteous and attentive support to customers, especially in challenging or stressful scenarios
Ensure adherence to regulatory and life-safety standards in all interactions
Monitor multiple screens and alerts from a desk-based workstation to maintain operational control
Adapt to a fast-paced environment with varying levels of responsibility and workload
Requirements:
Experience in a call center or customer service role is essential
Proficiency in order entry and handling inbound and outbound calls
Strong ability to answer and manage inbound calls efficiently
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to remain calm and focused during high-pressure situations
Familiarity with dispatch processes and signal monitoring is preferred
Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards is an advantage
