We are looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team and provide exceptional support to the local government in Baltimore, Maryland. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience for all interactions. Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly to inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively
Maintain accurate and organized records through efficient data entry processes
Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to established protocols and procedures
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
Handle customer concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction and building trust
Follow call center guidelines and meet daily performance targets
Utilize call center systems and tools to manage customer interactions efficiently
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to provide accurate information
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department as needed
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on policies and procedures
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role
Proficiency in data entry and ability to maintain accurate records
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Experience handling inbound calls and resolving customer concerns
Familiarity with call center systems and tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Capability to adapt to new processes and procedures as required
