We are supporting a large-scale hiring initiative with Huntington Bank for multiple Customer Service Representative (CSR) openings. Due to limited internal recruiting capacity, additional support has been requested to help drive this project forward. This is a high-visibility opportunity with potential for ongoing project work based on performance and hiring success.
Job Responsibility:
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer service calls
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering accurate information
Maintain professionalism and strong communication across all customer interactions
Document customer interactions and updates within internal systems
Meet performance metrics related to call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with multiple systems and navigating technology
