To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Bulgarian-speaking customer service representative (m/f/d) to start immediately on a full-time basis.
Job Responsibility:
Processing customer emails
Telephone and written communication with customers
Expert advice
Customer-oriented problem solving
Ensuring the client's quality requirements and customer satisfaction
Recording business transactions in the company software
Requirements:
Completed vocational training
Professional experience in customer service/debt collection is an advantage, but not a requirement
Good German and Bulgarian language skills
Confident use of common Microsoft Office programs
