Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels

Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and recommend solutions

Requirements:
Minimum of two years' experience in a customer service role, preferably within the banking industry
Associate’s degree or higher in a relevant field
Strong understanding of financial products and banking services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
