Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional support to customers. Located in Altamonte Springs, Florida, the position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within the construction industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed promptly
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services while maintaining a positive and helpful tone
  • Process customer orders and ensure all entries are completed correctly and in a timely manner
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying solutions and following up to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate information
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and share feedback with the team
  • Uphold the company's reputation by delivering high-quality service and building strong customer relationships

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with confidence and professionalism
  • Strong skills in order entry and data management
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • High level of patience and problem-solving skills when dealing with customer concerns
