Maintain customer-facing portals by updating order information, timing changes, access credentials, and other account-related details as needed
Monitor online order activity each day, resolve exceptions, and process actions such as reallocations, expedited requests, cancellations, and return-related documentation
Analyze open order reports, respond to schedule adjustment requests, and communicate appropriate next steps to customers and internal stakeholders
Review product availability issues and coordinate with purchasing contacts and vendors to help accelerate material flow when shortages arise
Adjust sales order timing for approved rush requests and ensure revised delivery expectations are properly communicated
Provide requested shipping and quality documents, including certificates and packing records, to customers in a timely manner
Examine customer-specific orders prior to shipment, complete required surveys or forms, and share important account updates with the sales team
Support general office operations by preparing correspondence, arranging employee travel, tracking routine administrative needs, and assisting with additional assignments from management
Requirements
Experience in customer service, order support, or administrative coordination within a business environment that values attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in reports, documentation, and customer communications
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented approach to internal and external interactions
Comfortable working with web-based customer portals, order systems, and standard office software applications
Capable of handling back-office support tasks, including document preparation, travel coordination, and general office administration
Sound judgment when responding to schedule changes, shipment questions, and time-sensitive customer requests
Familiarity with smartphones and common workplace technology used for communication and daily task management
