We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Irmo, South Carolina. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, log customer interactions, and ensure cases are properly documented and routed for further action. Job Responsibility:
Respond to incoming calls promptly and professionally
Document customer interactions and messages in a shared system
Create and organize case files using Salesforce
Route cases to the appropriate team for resolution
Provide initial support to customers and address their inquiries
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Uphold a high standard of customer service and communication
Manage case intake and prioritize tasks effectively
Assist in alleviating workload pressure on the core team by handling triage-style support
Requirements:
Proven experience in a call center or customer service role
Strong skills in handling inbound and outbound calls
Proficiency in entering and managing data with accuracy
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar case management systems
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
