Job Description:

Customer Service Representative role at CVS Health/Aetna/Mercy Care, handling customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet or written correspondence. The position involves engaging, consulting, and educating members based on their unique needs and preferences while demonstrating empathy and compassion.

Job Responsibility:

Handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet or written correspondence
Engage, consult, and educate members based on their unique needs and preferences
Answer questions and resolve issues from members, providers, and plan sponsors
Document and track contacts with members, providers, and plan sponsors
Guide members through their plan benefits, Aetna policy, and procedures
Perform review of member claim history to ensure accurate tracking of benefit maximums and/or coinsurance/deductible

Requirements:

1+ years of experience with customer service in a call center or retail environment, demonstrating ability to be empathetic and compassionate
Previous experience in a production environment
High School Diploma or GED

Nice to have:

2+ years of call center experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong ability to multi task
