Requirements:
Answer inbound customer phone calls and emails in a professional and service‑oriented manner
Accurately enter customer orders into the internal system using PDF purchase orders
Provide pricing, product availability, lead times, and order status information over the phone
Manage logistics and backorders by tracking deliveries and arrivals and communicating updates to customers
Look up parts and prepare quotes for customers as part of the logistics and order‑support process
Maintain accurate records related to orders, deliveries, invoices, and proof of delivery (POD)
Proactively identify and resolve customer issues or discrepancies related to orders or shipments
Collaborate closely with Inside Sales (tier‑2 customer service) and cross‑functional teams
Contribute to a high‑touch customer experience while supporting a fast‑paced, phone‑heavy environment
