Our client is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to join their call center team. In this role, you will support community members by providing information, resources, and assistance over the phone in both English and Spanish. Job Responsibility:
Answer a high volume of inbound calls from community members seeking information, support, or referrals
Provide accurate information about programs, services, and community resources in English and Spanish
Document call details and interactions accurately in the organization’s database or CRM system
Assist callers in navigating available services and connecting them with appropriate resources
Maintain professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality when supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds
Meet call center performance metrics including call quality, documentation accuracy, and response times
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure a high level of service delivery
Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred
Experience working in a nonprofit, healthcare, social services, or community-based organization is a plus
Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive or complex situations with empathy and professionalism
Comfortable working with databases, CRM systems, and standard office software
High school diploma or equivalent required
Nice to have:
Experience handling high-volume inbound calls
Familiarity with community resources or social service programs
Strong data entry and documentation skills
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
