Customer Service Representative

• Manage the end-to-end order processing cycle, including invoicing, fulfillment, and inventory analysis
• Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives to proactively resolve issues and streamline daily operations
• Provide training and guidance to team members on departmental processes and best practices
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and data within the system to support efficient order handling
• Process returns and handle international documentation in compliance with company protocols
• Develop and communicate suggestions for improving standard operating procedures to management
• Support the execution of assigned tasks while fostering teamwork and accountability
• Ensure seamless communication and coordination with customers to address their needs effectively

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a customer service leadership role, ideally within a consumer-packaged goods company
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with experience in data entry and order management
• Strong skills in answering inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and handling email correspondence
• Familiarity with Sage 100 or similar systems is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
