Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing timely and attentive responses to customer inquiries
Manage order entries and updates in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and resolving any exceptions to maintain seamless operations
Monitor and respond to emails in the inbox, addressing customer needs and concerns promptly
Support inside sales efforts by collaborating with other teams and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
Utilize Salesforce and other systems to track, adjust, and update orders as necessary
Address and resolve complex order issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Maintain a high level of attention to detail while processing customer data and documentation
Proactively identify and troubleshoot customer problems, offering effective solutions
Build positive relationships with customers and internal teams to foster trust and reliability
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or related roles
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Strong skills in order entry and data management
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
