Job Responsibility:
Answer inbound customer calls with confidence, professionalism, and a positive attitude
Provide outstanding customer service by delivering accurate information and personalized support
Process claims efficiently and accurately, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant
Maintain and update customer records using various computer systems and software tools
Meet quality assurance standards on every interaction to ensure a great client experience
Work closely with teammates to resolve complex issues and continuously improve service delivery
Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for data entry, tracking, and communication
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in all tasks
Proficiency in basic computer skills, and Microsoft suite
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality results
