Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and accurate resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction
Process orders with attention to detail and accuracy within the company’s order entry system
Handle both inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer concerns and delivering information in a professional manner
Maintain thorough customer records and track communications within the CRM system
Collaborate with team members to achieve service objectives and meet project deadlines
Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to customers, escalating as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
Participate in video interviews and onboarding processes as part of the hiring requirements
Adapt to a flexible schedule, including in-office work three days per week
Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain consistency and compliance
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role
Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls
Familiarity with order entry systems and CRM platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Availability to work flexible hours, 24 hours per week
Comfortable with video interviews and virtual onboarding processes
