Our client is seeking a professional and service-oriented Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to customers and help ensure a positive client experience. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage a high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
Resolve customer questions related to products, services, orders, accounts, or general support needs
Document customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records in internal systems
Escalate complex issues appropriately while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
Process orders, returns, updates, and service requests with accuracy and attention to detail
Collaborate with internal departments to address customer concerns and improve service delivery
Maintain a professional, empathetic, and solutions-focused approach in all customer interactions
Support additional administrative or operational tasks as needed
Requirements:
1+ years of customer service, call center, administrative support, or related experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or customer service systems preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
