Job Responsibility:
Process daily invoicing and validate shipped orders using the ERP system
Manage data entry and tracking for customer orders (manual and EDI)
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism
Coordinate the shipping of samples and promotional materials
Collaborate closely with the production and sales departments
Assist with general office operations (mail management and office supplies)
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service (manufacturing sector, an asset)
High adaptability, autonomy, and resourcefulness
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook)
Fluent in English and French (oral and written)
Nice to have:
Manufacturing sector experience
What we offer:
Competitive salary between $55,000 and $60,000 per year, based on experience
