We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Midland, Texas. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to customers while maintaining accuracy in administrative tasks. Job Responsibility:
Handle cashiering duties with accuracy and attention to detail
Answer and make calls to customers to address inquiries, schedule services, and resolve concerns
Manage customer scheduling efficiently while ensuring clear communication
Perform light data entry tasks to maintain accurate records
Provide comprehensive support to customers to enhance their experience and satisfaction
Utilize computer systems to input and retrieve customer information
Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively to meet customer needs
Maintain a courteous and detail-oriented demeanor during all customer interactions
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Perform receptionist duties such as greeting visitors and directing calls as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or call center roles
Strong skills in data entry and computer usage
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Familiarity with scheduling and order entry processes
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
