Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer support and ensure smooth communication between clients and the company. This position involves addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding customers through various services and solutions. As this is a long-term contract role, it offers stability and the opportunity to develop strong relationships while enhancing customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, ensuring a positive and attentive experience
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints by identifying issues and offering suitable solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions
  • Collaborate with team members to address complex issues and ensure seamless service
  • Educate customers on the company's products and services to enhance their understanding and usage
  • Manage order entry processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing support and guidance to customers
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the service
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address customer challenges effectively
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and empathy in all customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or call center environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly
