Job Responsibility

  • Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide attentive service that creates a positive in-store experience
  • Process purchases, returns, and other point-of-sale transactions with accuracy while balancing cash responsibly
  • Replenish merchandise on shelves and sales displays to keep products accessible, neat, and properly presented
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with basic inventory activities to support daily store operations
  • Respond to customer inquiries in person and by phone, offering clear and helpful information
  • Support day-to-day store needs across two nearby onsite locations as business demands require
  • Help maintain a clean, orderly, and well-stocked retail space that reflects company standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or a retail-facing position is preferred
  • Ability to deliver courteous, attentive service in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience handling cash and completing transactions with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable stocking merchandise and assisting with routine inventory tasks
  • Availability to work permanent or part-time hours, including weekends on a rotating basis
  • Strong communication skills for assisting customers in person and over the phone

  • Determines the most cost effective shipping method for customer orders
  • Partners with Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction
