Job Responsibility

Provide accurate responses to existing and new members while maintaining the highest level of customer service
Effectively troubleshoot/resolve telephone/email inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion.

Requirements

Strong English communication skills
Must be able to pass The Federal Government's Enhanced Security Screening
Must have Strong Computer skills, using multiple screens and systems at the same time. ( Multitasking )
Strong Problem Solving skills
Customer Service experience or Call Center Experience Required
Able to work under pressure
High School Diploma Required

What we offer

$44,000 Annual Salary
Full time, Permanent position
Hybrid Workstyle (2 days in office)
Paid 4-6 weeks of training, followed by 2-3 weeks of mentorship (training in office 4 days/ week)
3 weeks of Paid Vacation & 3 Paid Personal days
Monday - Friday scheduling - Weekends off
